Malawi Police Service partakes in a safety and security trade

Malawi Police Service (MPS) Saturday participated in a safety and security trade show dubbed Electrify Export 2021 in Lilongwe.

The MPS is explained to patronisers of the event, services the police offer to Malawians.

The services include conducting investigations, arresting offenders, prosecuting offenders, guard duties, issuance of police clearances, general police reports, victim support services just to mention but a few.

The MPS is also cleared mist on protracted issues and questions Malawians always ask about their police.

Some of these questions include police bail, procedures to acquire a firearm. 

The trade show was officially opened by the Mayor of Lilongwe City Councillor Juliana Kaduya who was accompanied by the Commissioner of Police for Central West Region Peter Chasweka.

Several companies dealing in safety and security took part in the show.
