The Malawi Police Service (MPS) is informing the general public that police officers will cordon off Lilongwe High Court premises on Monday, 3rd February 2020, to facilitate smooth delivery of the judgment by the Constitutional Court.

All Road users, using the High Court access roads are advised to strictly use alternative roads.

On this day, the following roads will be closed from 0600hrs to 1800hrs: Likuni Roundabout to Lilongwe Town Hall Roundabout (Glyn Jones); Lilongwe Hotel to Lilongwe Golf Club (Tsilanana); Mtunthama Road via High Court to Lilongwe Golf Club (Likuni Bus Stop).

The MPS is further informing all those who have been accredited by the Registrar of the High Court to access the High Court premises using the Lilongwe District Commissioner’s entrance.

Those accredited should take into account conspicuous tagging of their accreditation cards for easy identification.
